When she was working for WTVJ-TV, Miami, she received an Sports Emmy. Her other jobs included WPLG-TV Miami and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. In 1993 she was picked as the anchor of ESPN2's initial year of debut. She was with ESPN2 from 1993 to 1999 before moving on to Fox Sports.
